The wine
From Moscato grapes from the Vittoria area, vinified with indigenous yeasts and spontaneous fermentation, Aestas Siciliae is one of the most popular Sicilian passito wines in recent years. Salty and mineral on the nose, it is also so in the mouth, with a spectacular balance compared to the enveloping and warm softness of the sip.
