The wine
Corte Giara Merlot is a pleasant ruby red wine with purple hues. The nose reveals clear traces of red fruits, with a prevalence of cherry and plum and an aromatic and spicy finish. On the palate it is full-bodied, mature, soft and balanced. It goes perfectly with boiled meats, roasts and soft cheeses.
