The wine
Made exclusively from the very ripe grapes of the oldest vineyards. The wine-making process is based on an ancient hand-crafted method adapted to the winery’s modern technology, which consists in macerating the whole clusters for several days in a carbonic atmosphere. This enhances the Albariño grape variety’s excellent qualities, since it enables a wider range of varietal aromas to be extracted from the skins and other compounds. The end result is a wine showing great personality and complexity.
