The wine
La Schiava Menzen by Colterenzio is a South Tyrolean red wine produced in the old vineyards of the company. This wine is characterized by an unusual freshness and intensity. Of an intense ruby red color, it is striking for its fresh aroma and the aromas of violet and black cherry softened by the softness of the tannins. Suitable for light first courses, hot and cold appetizers and for typical South Tyrolean dishes such as Speck and sweet cheeses. Excellent with fish.
