The wine
Colterenzio's Sauvignon Prail is a South Tyrolean white wine; it presents itself to the eye of a straw yellow color with light greenish reflections. The aromatic profile is composed of intense notes of elderberry, acacia flowers, and sage. The taste is dry and very elegant, fresh and mineral, characterized by a good persistence. This wine is perfect for an aperitif or light vegetable dishes.

Colterenzio
Founded in 1960 by 28 wine-growers, the Cantina Colterenzio winery now has around 300 members and is one of the most active and enterprising firms in Alto Adige, managed for many years by Wolfgang Raifer, son of the renowned oenologist Luis Raifer who had also taken over the running of the winery back in the 1970s.
