The wine
The Pinot Bianco Berg from Cantina Colterenzio comes entirely from the historic Appiano Monte growing area, one of the best of this variety. The result is a fruity white wine with an elegant and mineral persistence. At sight it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections; the nose is expressed with delicate aromas of white pulp fruit and citrus and hints of officinal herbs. The sip is refreshing, soft and balanced savory. Perfect in combination with fish and shellfish dishes.
