The wine
This Colterenzio wine is one of a kind. Greenish yellow in color, it reminds the nose and mouth of elderflower, peach and nutmeg and belongs to slightly aromatic wines. Suitable as an aperitif, it goes well with lightly spiced seafood and roasted fish.

Colterenzio
Founded in 1960 by 28 wine-growers, the Cantina Colterenzio winery now has around 300 members and is one of the most active and enterprising firms in Alto Adige, managed for many years by Wolfgang Raifer, son of the renowned oenologist Luis Raifer who had also taken over the running of the winery back in the 1970s.
