The wine
The grapes of Lagrein, normally very dark red in color, thus, when vinified in white, take on a light ruby color, an elegance and a tantalizing fruity aroma. Suitable as an aperitif, it goes well with cold appetizers, first courses, roasted fish and white meat dishes.
