The wine
Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva Kastelt by Colterenzio is a South Tyrolean red wine; it shows a very intense red color. The nose expresses concentrated and intense hints of fruit that refer to Cassis and wild berries. In the mouth elegant tannins that give the wine fullness and persistence. Excellent in combination with savory dishes based on red meat, grilled or roasted, game and lamb and spicy cheeses.
