The wine
The Verdicchio Di Matelica of the Colpaola company has a straw yellow color; to the nose it expresses pleasant floral scents and notes of fruit and flint. On the palate it is fresh and smooth. Excellent persistence in the finish, leaves an almond aftertaste. We recommend it in combination with fish preparations.
