The wine
The Rosso Canavaccio produced by Colpaola is obtained from a 100% Merlot blend and is a structured wine that is elegant and balanced at the same time. At sight it has an intense ruby red color, on the nose it expresses a bouquet of hints of compotes and cherries in alcohol with variegated and spicy notes. On the palate it is enveloping but lively, refined but full-bodied. Excellent drinkability. Perfect in combination with preparations based on red meat and game.
