The wine
Colli della Murgia Tufjano is a refined white from organic farming obtained from fine Fiano Minutolo grapes. Seductive to the aspect, it is presented in the glass of a bright straw yellow color with accentuated greenish reflections. On the nose it is elegant, releasing an intense scent of citrus and mimosa. The taste is naturally sapid in harmony with the particular acidic balance. Excellent as an aperitif, it enhances white meat and fish dishes.
