The wine

Col Vetoraz is one of the most interesting wineries in the magnificent Prosseco di Valdobbiadene appellation, a region classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Using top quality grapes sourced from a network of vine-growers, the winery produces a wonderful range of vintage Prosecco which interpret this region with sincerity and passion. The Prosecco Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut from Col Vetoraz is created using grapes which have ripened perfectly high up on westward-looking hillsides. It offers light aromas and delicate perfumes in the nose, while it is dry and intense on the palate without being sharp or rigid. The ideal sparkling wine to have as an apertif or to pair with shellfish or delicate fish dishes.
