The wine
In the Renaissance in Florence, the Spezieri were the spice merchants. This wine takes its name from the ancient art of mixing together, composed of Sangiovese corrected with another traditional Tuscan grape, Ciliegiolo, with small quantities of other varieties produced in the Col d'Orcia area. Spezieri is a young, fruity wine, easy to drink, to be consumed with daily meals. Due to its composition it is very versatile in terms of pairing with food, we also recommend trying it after putting it in a cool place during the summer.
