Col d'Orcia Brunello di Montalcino
2017Spec sheet
The wine
Col d'Orcia Brunello di Montalcino is an elegant and vigorous wine with a dense ruby red color with youthful purple reflections. The aroma is intense and concentrated, of ripe fruit, with a pleasant vinous freshness well intertwined with hints of wood. The flavor is full and complex, on a background of soft tannins emerges a fruity body ennobled by spicy nuances deriving from oak. It goes well with preparations based on red meats such as stews and braised meats; also excellent with furred game and aged cheeses, even spicy ones.

And, in 1973, with the change of ownership to the Cinzanos,...
