The wine
Magendia is a succulent mellow white wine that is honeyed with apricot aromas, intense acidity and is already well balanced. It conveys the great quality of Petit Manseng. The grapes were harvested late in three or four passages, giving the optimum maturity that shines through this impressive wine.
Ideal with foie gras, Pyrenean sheep cheese, andouille Béarnaise, Roquefort. It is also a great wine to keep.
