The wine
The Dirac is located on a plot of one and a half hectares is located in a cirque facing south, on a clay-limestone ridge, protected from the prevailing winds by the main slope.
Dark and deep garnet, Dirac is endowed with great aromatic complexity. It offers notes of very ripe black fruits (blueberry, blackberry), spices (cinnamon, nutmeg) and cocoa. All this supported by a dense substance, a freshness present despite the high level of alcohol and velvety tannins. This cuvée will be perfect with game dishes such as a hare à la royale or with a beautiful piece of grilled beef from Aubrac well matured.
