The wine
Nero Buono, an ancient native grape variety grown on the lava lands of the Coresi hills. Low yields per hectare, selection of the grapes and long aging in oak barrels make it original and exclusive. Intense ruby red, it has a rustic, harmonious and persistent aroma. In the mouth it is dry and full-bodied with hints of undergrowth, small black fruits, and soft with notes of sweet cocoa in the finish. Excellent with dishes with a strong and decisive taste.
