The wine
Ilirio, a characteristic hill of the Corese area, is distinguished by clayey and well-structured soils and by the exceptional sun exposure which is positively combined with a good temperature range resulting from the fresh air currents descending from the Lepini Mountains. Bright straw yellow, it has a fruity and fragrant aroma and a harmonious, intense, mineral and persistent sip. Accompanies delicate first courses, fresh vegetables and fish and mussel dishes.
