The wine
Obtained from the pure vinification of the ancient native Bellone grape, which has always been cultivated on the lava hills of Cori. Produced with the traditional classic method and aging in contact with yeasts for about 18 months. Intense straw yellow; fine and persistent perlage. It has an intense and fragrant aroma, with delicate fruity sensations to which are added the aromas deriving from the lysis of the yeast, which recall the bread crust and the biscuit. On the palate it is savory, fresh and elegant, with a well balanced sweetness. Perfect as an aperitif, pleasant throughout the meal, excellent with fish dishes.
