The wine
Brut sparkling wine, obtained from the pure vinification of Bellone, an ancient autochthonous grape that has always been grown on the lava hills of the Corese territory. From research and experimentation comes the obtaining of a sparkling wine of the highest quality and marked pleasure.
At sight it has a bright straw yellow color; the nose expresses delicate and fragrant aromas of white-fleshed fruit. The sip is intense, soft, slightly aromatic. Perfect as an aperitif, pleasant throughout the meal, excellent with fish dishes.
