The wine
Chivite Las Fincas Rosado Barrica is the third wine resulting from the collaboration between Julián Chivite and Juan Mari Arzak. A numbered limited edition, this exclusive rosé is the maximum expression of the Finca de Legardeta estate. The extraction of perfect must flower makes it a splendid rosé, whose body, freshness and complexity place it up alongside the great Provence rosé wines.
Its freshness and balanced acidity make it ideal to drink as you would a white wine but its unctuousness and complexity means it also pairs well with stronger dishes such as white meat or pasta.
