The wine
Château Reynon Blanc is another great wine by Denis Dubourdieu, who, although he passed away in 2016, is still considered one of the most emblematic and prestigious oenologists in Bordeaux. Dubourdieu was the owner of Château Doisy Daëne —a family inheritance—, Château Reynon and Clos Floridène, as well as working as an advisor for great wineries such as Château d'Yquem, Château Cheval Blanc and Bodegas Chivite among others.
With a special focus on the production of white wines, his skills and know-how mean his wines are considered to be among the best in AOC Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux.
What does this wine taste like?
An elegant and flavoursome Bordeaux with a rich texture and flowery and citrus aromas of lime flower and tarragon. It has a sharp and precise finish where smoky and mineral notes are perfect companions for its fruit.
