Maldoror wine comes from plots located on clayey-gravelly colluvium on a limestone sub-basement, emblem of the vineyard, Fougas Maldoror represents the flagship of its appellation by its finesse and the refinement of its tannins. Sublely scented with black and purple fruits, ample, juicy and long in the mouth. Ideal for enhancing game, red meats and cheese.
