The wine
Baptized "Le CYGNE", emblem of the family who built the castle, it bore a bird name like the other white wines of Listrac-Médoc. This white wine develops fruity and floral aromas allied to a very sweet woody note. To be enjoyed between 9 ° and 12 ° C, as an aperitif or during meals as an accompaniment to shellfish, oysters, fish or even cooked white meats.
