Château de Goëlane Chœur de l'Aube
2016The quintessence of the fruit and the delicacy of a Bordeaux Supérieur
Spec sheet
The wine
A wonderful example of an easy and unpretentious Bordeaux, Château de Goëlane Chœur de l'Aube is a splendid blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvingon. A wine with a reasonable body but which stands out especially for its aromas of black cherries and hints of toast. A Bordeaux Supérieur which, almost without aiming to, expresses perfectly the gentle and harmonious character of wines from the right bank of the Gironde.
What does this wine taste like?
The color is a beautiful deep red. Very fresh nose, develops aromas of black cherry with toasted and toasted nuances. Majority, Merlot blends wonderfully with Cabernet-Sauvignon for a powerful and structured whole. The finish is a nice length.
