The wine
Ceretto Barolo is a harmonious and delicate red wine, but at the same time also robust and vigorous, with complexity, elegance and austerity. Just a few months after bottling it reveals its greatness, which progressively increases as soon as the floral ethereal scents of youth leave room for ethereal aromas of spices, chocolate and truffle. On the palate it is harmonious, with excellent acidity and tannicity; which is why it can have a very long bottling time. The best match for dining is with red meats, game and aged cheeses.
