Caven Valtellina Superiore Riserva Giupa

Caven Giupa is an intense and original wine, with a brilliant ruby red color that tends to garnet with aging. On the nose it expresses a large bouquet with a predominance of berries. On the palate it gives a soft, fresh, dry, round and persistent flavor. Stored in a suitable environment it can age for over 10 years. It is ideal in combination with red meats, roasts, stews, old and very aged cheeses.
