The wine
Cavallotto Dolcetto Vigna Scot is a full-bodied and pleasant wine, with a bright ruby red color. The nose is expressed on intense aromas of red fruit, cherries and raspberries, with a slight floral hint. In the mouth, it opens with discreet structure and good balance, enveloping the palate with fruity notes on a beautiful acid and mineral texture. Ends harmonious and fine. It goes beautifully with medium-bodied appetizers, first courses, cheeses and meats. Excellent with pizza.
