The wine
From the beautiful intense garnet dress, to the nose it expresses very wide sensations of licorice and aromatic herbs, leaves, berries, undergrowth, blackberry, raspberry, jams, on a ferrous and mineral texture. The mouth is full and vigorous, with elegant tannins and very long persistence.

The winery
Cavallotto
Produced since 1948, Cavallotto's Bricco Boschis of is one of the symbols of the Barolo from Castiglione Falletto, so much so that the owners wanted to adopt it as the company's name.
