Cavallotto Barbera d'Alba Vigna del Cuculo
2019Spec sheet
The wine
Vivid ruby red, it has an excellent olfactory breadth, with aromas typical of Barbera produced in the Barolo area, hints of red and floral fruits, open and intense. Excellent body on the palate, taut and dynamic but rich and opulent, and excellent aptitude for aging. Accompanies cold cuts, first courses, generally grilled red meats, hard or aged cheeses.
