The wine
The wine is obtained from the vinification of Pinot Noir grapes harvested manually in small houses. In the cellar they are de-stemmed and placed in a steel tank where the fermentation process begins. At the end of this phase, the wine is racked by gravity into barriques located in a natural cave. After at least 12-15 months of refinement, the wine is bottled without undergoing any clarification, stabilization or filtration.
