The wine
Origini is a fruity, mineral and spicy wine born thanks to the recovery of the old vines, raised according to the system called "Maggiorina". This historical form of farming, which has existed for centuries in Upper Piedmont, consists of three vines, supported by eight chestnut poles, which develop at the four cardinal points.
