The wine
A long-lived wine that must necessarily be left to age and which, by company choice, matures and refines longer than the minimum 3 years imposed by the production disciplinary. A tannic wine, rich in salts, with a ruby red color tending to bright garnet; warm and dry on the palate, it is a pleasantly acid full-bodied wine that highlights the presence of tannins tending to sweet, an invitation to drink, leaving the mouth clean.
