Caruso e Minini Delia Nivolelli Syrah Riserva
2012Spec sheet
The wine
Syrah is the black grape that best interprets the work that nature has created in the Sicilian lands of the west. Two years of refinement allow it to be called Riserva. A combination of power / softness implemented by a touch of fruit and flowers that a vein of wood makes intriguing. The harmonious roundness found in the mouth does not compromise its fruity fragrance. A wine of such authority can only play a leading role on the tables, yet docilely respectful of every dish, even the most delicate or elaborate one. Intended to seal the lunch that is held most important.
