The wine
Capichera Assajé is a very particular red born, in reality, from an experiment, as its name reveals (the word Assajé means in Gallura dialect "it is already something"). The taste is intense, warm, concentrated and tannic. To be combined with first courses based on pasta seasoned with meat sauces, stuffed pasta, stewed and grilled meats, especially kid, not too mature goat cheeses.
