The wine
The Sardinian red wine Monica San Bernardino has a bright ruby color with purple reflections; on the nose it expresses hints of freshly picked berries and on the palate it reveals structure, characterized by a good balance between freshness and body. Good persistence and soft tannic texture. Excellent in combination with grilled meat and in general with preparations that include meat and game.
