The wine
Fresh and spontaneous wine suitable for all pleasant and tasty moments. Obtained from vineyards facing west at an altitude of 100 meters above sea level, Pagadebit Calonga is produced on the hills of the town of Castiglione, in the province of Forlì-Cesena. A vine, the Bombino Romagnolo, generous, so much so that its local name refers to the fact that the farmers, thanks to this very productive grape, were able to pay off their debts. Straw yellow with greenish reflections, the nose evokes hawthorn and white pulp fruits. The taste is light, delicate and drinkable, with an interesting flavor.
