Calcarius Nù Litr Rosso
(1 L)Spec sheet
The wine
The Nù Litr Rosso undergoes spontaneous fermentation with five days' maceration on the skins in open vats and no filtration. A wild and genuine Negroamaro, dense and spicy, very elegant with a clean tannin that closes the palate leaving a clear memory of the sea. An incredible everyday wine of disarming temptation. Only stainless steel to create an illuminating taste profile.
