The wine
Lo Scapigliato is for Calafata the snack wine. Some early and aromatic varieties combine to create what, were it not for a little alcohol and a little tannin, it would be a grape juice. Halfway between a red and a rosé wine, ideal to accompany cold cuts, aperitifs or pizza. It is recommended to serve slightly chilled.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 14ºC and 16ºC
