Ca 'del Bosco Cuvée Prestige Rosé is a pleasant rosé sparkling wine with a pale pink color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals pleasant fruity aromas of raspberry, strawberry and dried fruit on a sweet base of sponge cake. On the palate it appears creamy and citrusy with a juicy note of yellow apple. It goes well with appetizers, light first courses and fish dishes in general.
