The wine
Ca 'del Bosco Carmenero is an intense and vibrant wine with a deep ruby red color with purple reflections. The aroma is full and powerful, reminiscent of balsamic woods and red fruit jam, plum, blackberry bush, licorice, chestnut, cocoa, coffee and light smoky notes. In the mouth it appears soft, supported by long freshness and toasted returns of berries, black cherry and black currant. Of intense and persistent body, with well balanced tannins. Suitable in combination with game, roasted meat, aged and stewed cheeses.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
