The wine
Barbera d'Alba Sorì del Drago produced by Brovia shows a brilliant ruby red color; the arumatic bouquet is intense, fruity and vinous. On the palate it is fresh and fruity. At the sip the freshness is confirmed with a moderate structure and it is vinous. Persistent. Perfect to accompany traditional Piedmontese dishes, in particular hot appetizers and tasty first courses.
