The wine
Braida La Monella is a sparkling and friendly ruby red color tending towards purple. The nose expresses a vinous and juicy aroma, with hints of fresh red fruit. The taste is lively, fresh and generous, with pleasant fruity aromas in evidence. Very versatile on the table, it goes well with cold cuts, pasta dishes in general, boiled, mixed grills, roasted and stewed red meats, delicate game and porchetta.
