The wine
Bonavita Rosato is a wine of great originality and character. With a bright cherry color, it unfolds a multifaceted bouquet on the nose with notes of currant, citrus, sweet tones alternating with brackish. The mouth is a berry candy, enlivened by the perceptible tannin and the great savory vein. Recommended in combination with fish in broth and with legumes.
