The wine
With their Porcupine Ridge range of wines, Boekenhoutskloof focus on the natural environment of their vineyards and carry out continuous work and effort to preserve the biodiversity of the landscape and surrounding mountains. The region is home to many rare and unusual species of fauna and flora, including several families of Crested Porcupine which inspire the name of this collection of wines.
The excellent character of the Porcupine Ridge Chenin Blanc is a true reflection of the region's personality. A pleasant and mature wine, appreciated for its freshness, seductive tropical aromas, concentration and balance.
