The wine
The Biobio Valley, land of challenge and excellence! All of Pascal Marchand's know-how was used to create this Pinot Noir. Among the most northerly of the vineyards, the climatic conditions are capricious: heavy rainfall, strong winds and high phytosanitary risks. Fortunately, hot days and cold nights allow for a long ripening period offering a nice sugar / acid balance and phenolic compounds. The volcanic soil, very draining, brings a touch of minerality. This Pinot Noir is carefully crafted to reveal delicacy and freshness.
