The wine
Biga falls into the category of a modern-style Crianza, with a predominance of fruit, to which fine oak adds touches of complexity.
A cherry colour and of medium density, the wine delivers delicate aromas of clean, fresh fruit on the nose, with hints of leather, spices and fine wood. It has a light, pleasant palate, enhanced by a distinct touch of freshness.
Aged in American and French oak barrels for 12 months.
