The wine
Benanti Pietramarina is an intense Etna wine, with a bright straw yellow color. The olfactory spectrum offers an intense range of fruity and vegetable scents, with notes of thyme, sage, hay, broom, mimosa, flint, lychee and ripe yellow fruit. In the mouth it is warm, savory, fresh and with a long mineral persistence. Perfect for enhancing tasty seafood recipes, such as fish pasta, seafood risotto and grilled fish.
