The wine
This wine is made from Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Glera grapes. The vineyards have a strong prevalence of silt which, combined with limited yields per hectare, allows to obtain a wine of great flavor, body and aroma. Characteristics of this wine are the harmonious and complex fruity and the delicate fruity and floral bouquet that are enhanced during the production phases in the cellar through careful protection of the must from the action of oxygen and through soft pressing. Further expression is given by a careful maceration of part of the grapes and by slow fermentation which confers extreme finesse and elegance.
